Clarification on copyleft-next 0.3.1

Hello 
I have Some question about copyleft-next 0.3.1 can anyone please clarify .1.Has there been an attempt to get FSF , OSI , Debian DFSG approval for copleft-next 0.3.1 license  ? 

2. How does copyleft-next deal with network software or saas software ? 

3.Is the copyleft sunset section accepted in many/most countries?

4. Why is the definitions placed in section 15 ? Should it not be in section 1 instead of being in section 15 for comprehensive ability/ readability ?
