I've made some minor updates to the copyleft-next CoC based on
feedback received here and in the pull request at
https://git.copyleft.org/copyleft-next/code-of-conduct/pulls/1

Please note any final comments here or in the pull request.

On Sunday night US/Pacific, I'm going to merge it and make it the
official CoC for the project.

I will also get the email address working, at that time, which it
does not currently.
