The following patch begins a process (my process, more patches to come) of addressing compliance partners other than corporations. This can ultimately benefit individuals, groups and organizations referring to the guide who find that the language of the guide speaks directly to companies. The working assumption is that while every distributor needs to comply with the terms of the license equally, the way in which they do so in practice might differ significantly based who is doing the compliance (for instance, Lem E.
