Following up separately to the final statement in your email:

Just to clarify: you chose to post your email to a publicly archived
mailing list.  As such, I interpret your words to mean that the
"intended recipient" was the "entire Internet".  I don't think therefore
that your terms above can possibly be binding on copyleft.org, because
your affirmative action of posting this email to a public mailing list
indicates your own intention disclose, copy, and rely the message to the
entire world.  If you disagree with that assessment, you will need to
inform us immediately.

I encourage you to avoid these sorts of contradictory statements in the
future when posting to mailing list, and I suggest you don't include
such words in your postings, since they only serve to waste everyone's
time in trying to interpret what they mean in a context (posting to a
public mailing list) where they are clearly inappropriate.
