Exceptions to copyleft-next

Are there any plans to publish exceptions to copyleft-next similar to the LGPL?
Weaker copyleft licenses are better for some projects, and having one compatible
with the full copyleft-next license might be nice.

An exception might also be a more clear way for developers to opt out of the
Network Services Copyleft clause. With the current system, it might be unclear
whether developer opted out. If there was an exception, it would be more
standardized and it could be included in an SPDX license identifier.
