README updates for rpm-based distros

Copylefts,

Attached is the patch I created to update the README with dependencies for
rpm-based distros.

I think I'm *pretty* close to getting make to complete without any errors,
but I'm having some path issues somewhere. This is progress, but I still
haven't gotten 100% through. Perhaps someone here can provide some insight?

I would keep hacking on this, but I'm out of time, and wanted to ship what
I had.
